THE PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE ENDURES
We’ve reached the top! Aspire Corporate Plaza held its topping off ceremony last July 30, 2019. Rising 37.8 meters high building is set to enter into the final engineering , procurement and testing and commissioning stage. As the operations head responsible for the day to day intricacies and workings of the building I could not have been more thankful to the whole project management team for their contributions and guidelines.
BEATING THE ODDS
After a prolonged absence, we are delighted to welcome back the quarterly Aspire Newsletter. A publication designed to give critical updates on the status of our core projects. The third edition of the publication proudly outlines the completion of our maiden project, Aspire Corporate Plaza. aspire was not spared by the recent global health crisis as actual completion sate initially targeted on June 2020 was subsequently delayed to February 2021. Golden Bay Landholdings, developer of the premier real estate project Aspire Corporate Plaza in the Macapagal Bay Area, Pasay City, recently donated dump truck to the Municipality of Naic in Cavite. The municipality is the neighboring site of the Garden City, the next development project of Golden Bay Landholdings. Garden City will be a 6-tower condominium development with an earthly charm environment that will promote and nurture balance in quality living.
